The best part of being a Tallahassee Photographer is all the newborn snuggles. Maybe it’s because I’m a mom to three daughters, but there is something special about having a new baby girl. Don’t get me wrong all these little baby boys who come into my photography studio steal my heart. but girls are so much fun to play dress up with! As a photographer, the entire newborn portrait experience is so much fun. I love picking out every little newborn prop and finding new ways to add texture and something different to my images. It is so important to me as not just an artist but also as a mom to make sure every newborn image is different and special in its own way.

Being a newborn photographer is a dream come true. 15 years ago when I first opened Nicole Everson Photography I had a love for photography and a lot of determination. I could have never dreamed what God would do with my little dream. My long journey to motherhood made me realize just how precious a brand new baby is. It is such an honor to me the hundreds of mothers who have entrusted me with their newborn photography over the last 15 years. The BEST part of my job is all the newborn snuggling I get. But I have to admit a CLOSE second is the look on a new mothers face when she sees her newborn pictures for the first time.
