Family photography is near to my heart. As a mom of 4 kids I know just how fast this time flies. I love every real, crazy moment. As a photographer my approach to family photography is all about creating a fun atmosphere to capture real smiles, and laughter. We will play games, tell jokes, and I will be as silly as can be. Anything to make kids and dads smile! My goal is to capture your family just as you are, perfectly imperfect.

I have been a photographer for 18 years. Maybe it was my battle with infertility but something about those sweet new baby snuggles just melt me. Newborn sessions take place at 7-10 days after birth. If your baby is older, though, don’t worry. Reach out and I will do everything I can to fit you in. Because I photograph new babies so young I recommend you book your photoshoot while you are still pregnant. Tallahassee newborn photography is done in your home if you want a lifestyle approach. You can also opt for a garden/studio session where I will bring my mobile studio set up. If you choose this, you will get a mixture of outside newborn portraits and studio newborn pictures.

As a baby Tallahassee Florida Photographer I am obsessed with toothless grins and cubby little toes. I photograph babies every 4 or 6 months the first year of their lives.
newborn | 4 month | 8 months | 12 months OR newborn | 6 months | 12 month
I call this milestone photography. Newborns are all sleepy and squishy. 4 month old babies are holding their heads up and starting to smile. 6 month old babies are starting to sit and grab their feet. 8 month old babies are sitting well and starting to crawl. Of course, by 12 months some are starting to stand. I love to finish every 12 month sessions with a smash cake. I encourage doing a family photo at every session, but keep the main focus of the session on your growing little baby.
