30A seaside surprise proposal photographer
The funniest part about being a 30A seaside surprise proposal photographer is all the surprise proposals I get to be a part of. Every session is different, but the goal is always the same: to surprise her. During this session, we decided to act like we were doing a family session to get her all dolled up and on the beach. The bonus is mom got some great family photos on top of her sweet girl getting engaged!
After everyone else’s family photos, it was time for their couple photos, and EEEEEEKKKK he got to pop the question… It was such a magical moment, everyone was in tears, and I could not be more happy for this sweet couple.
Proposal photography is so special to me. I can remember my proposal like it was yeaterday. 22 years ago, Frank and I were at our college hangout spot; it was nothing fancy, just a bench in a park, but where we always hang out. It was slightly raining, and he got on one knee and told me all the plans he had for our future, and asked me to be his. It will forever be such a special moment, to me, and I love getting to photograph these moments for these beautiful couples.
After the proposal and the congratulations, I love to finish up my proposal sessions with a mini engagement photoshoot. This is such a special time in their lives, and I love having the opportunity to photograph it.
